Instructions for Properly Wearing the Band:
1- The band can be worn by entering it either from the feet or from the head.
2- The band should be positioned with the inner pocket in front of the abdomen.
3- The stiffer parts of the band should be positioned on the body's hips.
4- The pouch or pouches should be placed in the open pocket inside the band.
